By downloading, installing, or using any of our mobile applications, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they describe your rights, our obligations, and the rules of fair use.

SEC 01Account Ownership & License Scope

1.1 Non-Ownership Declaration

After downloading and installing our applications via the App Store / Google Play or other app stores, the user is granted only a limited, non-transferable, non-rentable, non-loanable license to use the software from us. The user does NOT obtain legal-ownership rights to the account or to any in-app virtual property (including but not limited to coins, diamonds, skins, levels, items, virtual currency, or other digital goods).

1.2 Account Attribution

Accounts are registered and used by the user. Real, complete information must be provided during registration (where applicable). Account ownership belongs to our company; the user has only a usage right. The user is responsible for safeguarding their account and related login information. Any account theft or virtual property loss caused by improper user operation (such as leaking the account password or authorizing an untrusted third party) shall be borne by the user.

1.3 Account Recovery

For accounts that have not been logged in for [180] consecutive days and have no payment records, we reserve the right to cancel the account and release server resources. We will notify the user 30 days in advance via in-app push notification or registered email (if any). After account cancellation, all virtual property and personal data in the account will be permanently deleted (except where retention is required by laws and regulations) and cannot be recovered.

1.4 Account Usage Restrictions

Users may not transfer, rent, lend, or sell their accounts to third parties, use them for commercial profit purposes, or use them for illegal and criminal activities. If we discover that a user is using their account in violation of regulations, we reserve the right to suspend or ban the account, delete the virtual property within the account, and pursue the user's relevant responsibilities.

SEC 02IAA Advertising & Reward Policy (Detailed Fraud Penalties)

2.1 Reward Acquisition Rules

Users must completely watch the rewarded video ad, complete ad interactions (if any), and have no abnormal operations during ad playback (such as switching apps, locking the screen, using plugins to skip, etc.) before receiving the corresponding reward. Rewards will be credited to the account immediately after ad playback is complete. If rewards are not credited due to network delay, ad platform malfunction, or other reasons, users may provide feedback through in-app customer service channels, and we will verify and process within 3 business days.

2.2 Ad Quality Assurance

We strictly review ad content provided by third-party ad platforms and strive to filter inappropriate ads such as violence, pornography, vulgarity, false propaganda, illegal or irregular content. However, ad content is delivered by third parties. If users discover illegal ads, they may provide evidence through the in-app "Ad Complaint" channel. We will verify within 24 hours, block or delete illegal ads, and pursue the responsibility of the third-party ad platform.

2.3 Ad Fraud Definition & Penalty Rules (Extremely Detailed)

Definition Scope

Any behavior that uses improper means to obtain ad rewards, evade ad playback, or interfere with ad statistics is considered ad fraud, including but not limited to:

  • Using plugins, scripts, cracking tools, etc. to skip ads, accelerate ad playback, or simulate ad-watching behavior
  • Watching ads in bulk through multiple accounts or multiple devices to obtain rewards and then resell or monetize them
  • Modifying device parameters (such as device ID, IP address), using VPN / proxy tools to switch regions, and watching ads in bulk
  • Frequently switching apps, locking the screen, or restarting the device during ad playback to evade complete-view requirements
  • Exploiting ad platform vulnerabilities to falsely trigger ad displays or clicks and defraud ad revenue
  • Other behaviors that interfere with normal ad playback or statistics

SEC 03IAP Payment, Refunds & Dispute Resolution (Detailed Fraud Penalties)

3.1 Final Price Explanation

The prices displayed for virtual goods and value-added services purchased in our apps include the product price itself, the app store platform commission (officially charged by Apple / Google), and any Value Added Tax (VAT), tariffs, or other related taxes that may apply. The final payment price is subject to the app store payment page. Price adjustments will be communicated to users via in-app announcements, push notifications, or other means 7 days in advance.

3.2 Payment Rules

Payment operations are completed through App Store / Google Play official payment channels. We do not directly collect any payment from users and do not store user payment information. After successful payment, virtual goods and value-added services will be credited to the account immediately. Users may check order details in "My Orders" within the app.

3.3 Refund Restrictions

Due to the immediacy and non-refundable nature of virtual goods and value-added services, once purchased and used by the user (e.g., consumed coins, unlocked features), refunds are not supported in principle.

Special Circumstances Where Refunds MAY Be Available (relevant proof required)

  • Payment was successful but virtual goods or value-added services were not credited, and verification confirms it is due to our technical fault
  • A minor made a purchase without guardian consent; the guardian may provide relevant proof (e.g., minor's identity certificate, payment record) to the app store or to us to apply for a refund
  • The application has a major fault causing the user to be unable to use the purchased value-added service, and the fault cannot be fixed within 7 business days

Refund Process

Users must submit the refund application through the App Store / Google Play official refund channel or in-app customer service channel, and provide relevant proof. We will verify within 3 business days and cooperate with the app store to complete the refund processing. Refund arrival time is subject to the app store's official regulations.

3.4 IAP Fraud Definition & Penalty Rules (Extremely Detailed)

Definition Scope

Any behavior that uses improper means to obtain in-app virtual goods or value-added services, or to evade payment or defraud refunds, is considered IAP fraud, including but not limited to:

  • Malicious refund: exploiting app store refund policy loopholes to purchase virtual goods, use them, then apply for a refund without returning the used virtual goods
  • Cracking the payment process: using plugins, scripts, cracked apps, or other means to bypass the official payment channel and obtain virtual goods or value-added services
  • Falsifying payment records: forging orders or payment receipts to defraud virtual goods or value-added services
  • Using stolen bank cards or payment accounts for purchases, or using redemption codes obtained through illegal channels
  • Using VPN / proxy tools to switch to low-price regions for virtual-goods purchases and evade normal pricing
  • Bulk registration of accounts, exploiting app store new-user discounts or promotional activities to maliciously purchase virtual goods for resale or monetization
  • Other behaviors that evade payment, or defraud virtual goods or refunds

We also reserve the right to report to app stores and payment institutions, and assist relevant institutions in pursuing the user's responsibility

3.5 Unauthorized Transaction Handling

For unauthorized transactions caused by minor misoperation or stolen accounts, the user (or guardian) must promptly contact Apple / Google official support and report to us with relevant proof (such as minor's identity certificate, account-theft proof, payment record). We will cooperate with the app store in verification and processing, and assist the user in applying for a refund (subject to the refund conditions).

SEC 04Anti-Cheat & Security Agreement (Supplementary Detailed)

To ensure the normal operating order of our applications and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and our company, users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following cheating or violation behaviors. If violations are discovered, we will take corresponding punishment measures according to the severity of the situation, and pursue legal liability for serious violations:

  • Using VPN, proxy tools, or other means to bypass regional restrictions, price differences, and engage in cross-regional purchases, ad-watching, or other behaviors
  • Using any automated scripts, simulators, plug-ins, cracked apps, or other tools to interfere with normal app operation, tamper with app data, or obtain improper benefits
  • Capturing packets or modifying packets of the application's communication protocol, falsifying data, and interfering with app statistics, payment, advertising, or other core functions
  • Bulk registration of accounts, malicious brushing of volume or scores, interfering with app leaderboards or rating systems, and destroying the app ecosystem
  • Stealing other people's accounts or virtual property, or leaking other people's account information or personal data
  • Modifying device parameters (such as device ID, IMEI, MAC address) to evade violation penalties and repeatedly obtain rewards
  • Spreading app cracking methods, cheating tools, or instigating others to violate rules or cheat
  • Other violations or cheating behaviors that interfere with the normal operation of the application or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of users or our company
PENALTY MEASURES Based on the severity of the violation, we may take measures including warning, feature restriction, account ban, device ban, and blacklisting. For severe violations, we will pursue civil compensation liability. If criminal, the case will be transferred to judicial authorities for handling. We also reserve the right to delete relevant data of the violating user, terminate provision of services to them, and assume no compensation liability.

SEC 05Content Moderation (DSA Compliance, Supplementary Detailed)

If our apps involve user-generated content (UGC), we strictly follow the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) compliance requirements, establish a complete content review mechanism, regulate user content publishing behavior, and ensure content compliance:

5.1 Review Mechanism

We implement an "AI automated monitoring + human review" dual mechanism. AI tools monitor user-published content in real time, identify illegal content and perform initial interception. The human review team conducts secondary review of suspected illegal content and user-complaint content to ensure review efficiency and accuracy.

5.2 "Notice and Takedown" Mechanism

If we discover that a user has published illegal content, we will immediately notify the user, explain the reason for the violation, and delete the illegal content within 24 hours. Users may appeal the deletion decision. We will verify and provide feedback within 3 business days.

5.3 Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from publishing the following illegal content, including but not limited to:

  • Politically sensitive content, content endangering national security, or content undermining social stability
  • Racist, sexist, or religious discriminatory content
  • Violent, pornographic, vulgar, bloody, or terror-related content unsuitable for general audiences
  • False information, rumor-mongering, fraud, or misleading content
  • Content infringing upon the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of others
  • Other content violating the laws and regulations of various countries / regions, or against public order and good customs

5.4 User Responsibility

When publishing UGC content, users must ensure the legality, authenticity, and originality of the content and must not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others. If a user publishes illegal content, we reserve the right to delete the content, restrict the user's publishing privileges, and ban the account. The user must bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom. If our company suffers losses, we reserve the right to seek compensation.

5.5 DSA Additional Requirements

We publicly disclose content review standards, complaint handling procedures, and illegal content disposal details, regularly publish UGC content review reports, accept supervision by users and regulatory authorities. We establish a user appeal mechanism to protect users' legitimate rights and interests. For large-scale UGC content, a dedicated content review officer will be designated to cooperate with EU regulatory authority inspections.

SEC 06Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

SEC 07Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  • Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
  • The seat of arbitration shall be Travis County, Texas, USA. The language of arbitration shall be English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
  • Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or stop any actual or threatened breach of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
  • For EU/UK consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights under your local consumer protection law. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

SEC 08Modifications & Termination

  • We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification and (where we have your consent) email at least 30 days before they take effect.
  • Continued use of our apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the apps and request account deletion per our Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the apps at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the apps ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
